Here’s my fat burning hot apple cider vinegar, honey, and lemon recipe. Drink this every morning on an empty stomach to help aid in weight loss.

Apple Cider Vinegar Fat Loss Drink

A morning drink that aids in weight loss. Apple Cider Vinegar is full of enzymes and good bacteria. It contains acetic acid, which has been shown to lower blood pressure up to 6 percent. It can also help eat up the starches if you do eat grains in your diet. Lemon juice helps balance blood sugar and has an alkaline effect on your body helping to regulate PH. It also contains vitamin C. Raw honey is loaded with nutrition can help with everything from low energy to sleep problems to seasonal allergies. Switching to raw honey may even help weight-loss efforts when compared to diets containing sugar or high fructose corn syrup

  • 1 glass of warm or hot water 8-12 oz.
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Lemon slice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional


  • Bring water to a boil / or heat in microwave (not my fav)
  • Pour hot/warm water into your favorite cup
  • Add ACV, lemon juice, lemon slice and honey
  • Stir
  • Enjoy hot or warm on an empty stomach


*The taste of ACV is bitter and can often be harsh, adding the honey helps calm down the acidity and give it a little sweetness.
